Making Tennis Accessible to Every Kid
The Match Point Project is a student-led initiative dedicated to making tennis accessible to every kid. Our mission is to give back to our community by collecting spare tennis gear.
As passionate tennis players ourselves, we know firsthand the joy this sport brings — and we believe every kid (no matter their background) deserves that same chance to play.
We strive to ensure the next generation will continue to be able to participate in tennis at the highest level. We aim to ensure no child is left on the sidelines due to the cost of equipment.
We're building partnerships with local courts, community centers, and Bay Area youth organizations — including nonprofits like EPATT — to get donated racquets directly into the hands of kids who can use them, wherever they're playing.

A beginner tennis racquet costs $30-$100, and court fees, lessons, and balls add up quickly. For many families, this cost puts tennis out of reach — which is exactly why The Match Point Project collects and donates gear for free.
